New Management is trying to fix what the last staff management couldn't do. Upon moving in, in 2017, my experience was a nightmare to get them to follow through on management responsibilities and repairs to my apartment. I do wish there was a small play area for children though. When my apartment flooded it was never sprayed for mold or given new carpet. For the past months mold has been growing in my restroom.
